Luck seemed to be on his side when this aspiration of his, was met by a commensurate opportunity offered by VOLVO EICHER to do just that.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mr. Singh who started his career working with Swaraj Mazda and developing many successful products, was determined to make the most of this opportunity and to bring his vision to fruition. HANSA INDUSTRIES is an embodiment of that same vision that inspired Mr. Ajaibir Singh to undertake this exciting journey.

HANSA Industries has all prerequisite facilities and systems in place, that are essential to enable, sustain and further enhance the operations for a reliable and quality product provisioning.
The unit offers a state of the art, and a first of its kind, fully automated Cathode Electrode discharge (CED) paint shop, in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It incorporates a 13 tank process design, as opposed to a 12 tank process in use pan India at the moment.
In addition to the Shearing, Rolling and a 250 tonnes H-frame Press machine, HANSA Industries has installed Special purpose machines (SPM) for welding to minimise manual dependency.
HANSA Industries has currently entered into an agreement with VOLVO EICHER to manufacture Air Tanks for their commercial vehicles. To ensure quality leak testing, the unit also makes use of a leak testing machine to eliminate the possibility of any human error.
