  2. • Provide a framework for establishing, achieving and reviewing quality objectives.
  3. • Provide appropriate training to our employees and other relevant personnel.
  4. • Standardise, periodically audit, review and continually improve our quality management system and business processes.
  5. • Proactively seek customer feedback and appropriately address them.
